Your input is needed to help bring a Christian High School To New Prospect Baptist Church.
Cincinnati students are stuck in failing schools. Did you know that 13,000 Cincinnati area high school students are assigned to schools rated “F” and only 7% of black seniors graduate proficient in math? Parents know that education is the gateway to opportunity, so people of means exercise choice by moving to better school districts or paying private school tuition. What about everyone else? The Association of Christian Schools International Urban School Services wants to partner with New Prospect Baptist Church to extend the Village Well with a Christ-centered, academically rigorous high school that prepares our young people to flourish in their calling. Our school takes a different approach – one that offers a personal learning plan to each student based on their God-given uniqueness and places teachers more in the position of one-on-one coaches and encouragers than lecturers. In similar schools, students have demonstrated learning at twice the pace, while seeing significant improvements in both college and career readiness and classroom behavior.
To learn more about the school and the EdChoice voucher program that allows us to offer it tuition free, please register to attend the virtual information and feedback session that will be held Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 6:30 p.m.
